Our automotive technicians are skilled and possess at least three years of experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles. They are equipped with their own tools and are proficient in working with most makes and models.
Technicians must either have their ASE Certifications or be willing to obtain them. Additionally, they must hold a valid driver’s license.
Our automotive maintenance technicians should be willing to obtain ASE Certification if they don’t already have it. They must possess a valid driver’s license and their own tools. Additionally, they should have at least one year of experience in vehicle maintenance and familiarity with digital vehicle inspection software.
Our service advisors should possess ASE Certifications, have at least five years of auto repair experience, and a minimum of three years in a service advisor role. They must also hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Organizational abilities are also a requirement.
Intermediate auto body technicians should possess at least eight years of experience in auto body repair and paint. They should also hold an ASE Certification in Collision Repair and Refinish. Additionally, intermediate auto body technicians should be Master Certified and have comprehensive experience in all areas of auto body repair. They must also maintain a valid driver’s license and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Entry-level auto body technicians should have at least one year of experience and be willing to obtain their ASE Certification in bodywork. This experience may be in refinishing, paint preparation, or non-structural analysis and damage repair.
